I upgraded to Mandrake/Mandriva 10.1 on my ThinkPad T22 recently. The
newer distro is a little sluggish and I thought going up to 512MB of RAM
(from 256MB) might help. Crucial sells the appropriate PC100 SODIMMs
for ~$225 USD (2x256MB) ... which is awfully steep (consider that 256MB
PC133 SODIMMs are in the ~$50 USD range - less than 50% the price).

There's a guy on eBay who has a bunch of new 256MB PC100 SODIMMs and
only wants ~$45 USD for them. However, they are high density. I can't
find any references to high density RAM either way in manual or in the
IBM/Lenovo support docs. Anybody know if these will work?

Anybody have any better suggestions?
