[ltp] dual-head and X20

Sorry, I haven't really had time to mess with it.  Unfortunately, it
pretty much requires that the mach64 driver be re-written from
scratch.  I started it, but it has since fallen down my todo list.  If
I make any progress I'll be sure to let you know.
