Yes, and it's in the vanilla kernels starting from 2.6.14 (rc-versions
not counting), plus there is some software at http://hdaps.sf.net (also
available as hdaps-utils in Debian sid). Nothing really useful as in
automatic harddisk head parking, but I guess that's just a matter of
time. Still neat to see the Thinkpad being shaken in the 3D
application. ;)
