[ltp] New fglrx driver: resume works but without xv extension

Hi all:
Sorry to break the thread. Just to confirm that indeed the newest 
version 8.19.10 version of fglrx works with suspend-to-ram and resume 
fine. Upon resumption the 3D acceleration still seems to work(judging 
from notoriously unreliable glxgear), yet the Xvideo extension no 
longer works: if you play mplayer -vo xv you only get a black box at 
where the video should've been. Even though xvinfo still show valid 
extension. You have to use mplayer -vo x11 or restart xorg.

Overall this is a great improvement upon the last release.

This is a T43 with radeon x300 on pci-express interface. Ubuntu hoary 
kernel 2.6.12 and xorg 6.8.2
