I've been very happy with the memory from Crucial or Kingston. But I 
don't recommend the really cheap unbranded stuff, since it can cause 
crashes and filesystem corruption. (I have experienced this). Whatever 
you buy, I recommend running memtest86 on it, preferably for at least 12 
hours.
