[ltp] standby R50e

Good evening!

I managed to get suspend to ram working on my R50e, but unfortunately I  
wracked my system (fsck on mounted root-fs. I know, pretty stupid). The  
point is, that there was I standby-to-ram script for thinkpads with an  
intel i810 graphic-card which I can not find any more.
Does anyone use souch a script / can anyone give me a solution to get susp  
to ram working again?
