[ltp] SuSE on my latest T42p

Hi folks!

Another question:

since latest SuSE version (9.3) my T42p is getting hot and is shutting 
down. After a few minutes running with full speed (compiling kernel or 
something else), the systems supends.

I am suggesting, that this happens only when the notebook is docked. The 
fan doesn't start and /proc/acpi/thermal_zone/THM0/cooling_mode says:

<setting not supported>
cooling mode:   passive

But if cooling mode is passive, the fan will never cool down my system, 
right?
