I'm not familiar with these cards in particular, but WAN radio
pccards/usb/etc usually just emulate a serial device and will usually
work with the serial driver with a bit of coaxing.  the code at the
bottom of that page is just an old copy of the kernel serial driver
(based on quick glance).
