[ltp] finding thinkpads which boot from usb 2.0 disk

That's exactly the problem I mentioned about my T40 that a BIOS update 
solved.  You may want to check if there's an update.  There might not be 
since the T40 is more like the R50.  They may have abandoned the older 
model for the update.
