[ltp] Shutdown and hotkeys stopped to work in Ubuntu on T22

Hello,

Does anybody has experienced the same thing on ubuntu ? Everything
stopped to work since I've upgraded to kernel 2.6.10-5 in Hoary. It was
working with 2.6.10-4 and it still working with this kernel even in Breezy.

I've filled a bug report:

There are other bug reports related to reboot and hotkeys but nothing as
specific concerning kernel versions.
