[ltp] build bluetooth-alsa for suse 9.3

hi,

i'd like to use my bluetooth headset for skype on linux.  However, I 
can't get bluetooth-alsa to compile.  Somebody is looking for 
scripts/basic/fixdep in the wrong place:
