[ltp] T42-stability with the r300 driver

I have a T42 that has been running with Xorg (with the open source 
radeon driver). I have been happy that everything including ACPI has 
been extremely stable (current uptime is 43 days). The only feature 
missing has been DRI.

Before I consider investing the time in building and using the r300 
driver, I would like to know how stable it is when especially with 
suspend to RAM using ACPI.
