[ltp] External projector not working on TP R50e

Hi all!

	These are the technical specification of my Thinkpad R50e:

Processor: Intel Pentium M 1.7GHz
Linux: Fedora Core 3 (kernel 2.6.11.1,35)

I am trying to send the signal to an external projector, either a LG, or a 
more recent NEC. It seems to start (the display shows something for a 
fraction of a second), but then fails miserably. Any suggestion? I am using 
1024x768 Generic LCD display.
