Its completely standard.  The 240 hard drive is actually very easy to
swap out.  The OP's also got a Thinkpad 770, so putting the HD into the
770 might be the best option (unless he wants to install FC4 - in which
case he will need to do a text-mode install because of a nasty bug in
the X packages that ship with FC4).
