This is the idea I needed.

Looking at the scripts I see two different ways to handle this:

1) ### network
# DownInterfaces eth0
# UpInterfaces auto

2) ### services
# RestartServices postfix
# StopServices alsasound
# StartServices aumix

I guess method 2 (StopServices ifplugd and StartServices ifplugd) is the 
best since case 1 could try bringing up eth0 after resuming while my 
laptop is not connected.

Any comments ?
