This has been discussed here a few times. The hardware (or more
exactly, BIOS firmware) does not support the function used for this
purpose in later models. Perhaps there's another equivalent SMAPI
function on the R51, but you may need to reverse-engineer your Windows
installation to find out.

In any case, if inhibit_charge_minutes works for you, you can use it
to emulate stop_charge_thresh; a scriptlet for doing this was recently
posted here.
