[ltp] xorg dri enabled - processor C3 state not entered

Digging up an old thread.  DRI doesn't allow C3/4 processor state.  I
still see this on 2.6.16 on my T42 with radeon mobility 7500.  Disabling
DRI allows C3/C4.

Is this a fundamental issue that DRI causes bus master activity and it's
not really a bug per se?
