[ltp] ATI 8.24.8 doesn't seem to work on T60p

OK, the ChipID trick got me going.  I had some permission problems
that look related to shared memory chunks being owned by root, but a
reboot fixed that.

For what it's worth, I tried Xgl once I had fglrx running, and it just
locked up the whole machine.  Oh, well.  :)
