Has anyone got experience of using the newer
HOTPLUG_PCI_IBM?  CONFIG_ACPI_IBM_HOTPLUG is marked as
deprecated in newer kernels, however I've not managed to
find any mention of the newer option or how it is used via
google, thinkwiki, or my archives of this list.
