[ltp] lt_hotswap: dont load it when you booted from a hotswappable hard disk!

If you boot your system from a harddisk in the drive bay, everything
will go nuts prontissimo as soon as you modprobe lt_hotswap. Apparently,
the drive or partition table is somehow being reinitialised during
module init and the mounted root fs does not seem to like that a lot.
Otherwise, lt_hotswap works fine!
