I saw this - it's a known bug which occurs when you are trying to keep 
at least one of your other partitions. I'm afraid I don't recall the 
fix, but it was pretty straightforward, and posted on the ubuntu wiki. 
If you google the exact text of the error message, you'll find it. Sorry 
I can't point you to the fix itself, but I hope this helps.
