The 770Z takes more than that, actually.  It's just finicky about what
kind of SODIMMS you put in it.  I'll have to dig mine out of the closet
to see how much RAM I actually have in it, but it's more than 256 megs.

I have a 770X I use as a wireless AP / router / print server.  It also
doubles as an ... ahem, printer stand.  :)

Add:  Easier to replace CMOS battery when it conks out than many other
TPs.

Add:  Notorious for displays dying due to bad inverters.  Other than
that, it seems more/less indestructible.
