[ltp] tpb unstable

Hi all!

I habe been useing tpb 0.6.3 on my R50e for some month now. The problem is  
that after some hours of use, tpb does not work any more. (all  
"programmed" keys don't work and the brightness-level is not shown if  
changed)
"killall tpb; tpb -d" solves the problem only temporarely and it is an  
ugly "solution" anyway...

Has anyone similar experience?
Any fix?
