[ltp] After wakeup no sound or video

You probably want to do the equivalent (for your distro) of:
	/etc/init.d/alsa restart
after you resume.

If this fails, it is because some application still has /dev/dsp open -
and you need to close that application in order that the alsa service
can unload and reload the modules.
