[ltp] no more speedstepping

Hi,

I was just compiling a kernel and found the process was pretty slow.
Then I checked cpu speed and saw it was at its min.

I tried to increase it but my

atto:/home/eric[0]# ls /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/
atto:/home/eric[0]#

is empty.

Does anyone have a clue about what happened to my governors ? This is
how my kernel is configured:

atto:/home/eric[0]#zgrep SPEED /proc/config.gz
CONFIG_X86_SPEEDSTEP_CENTRINO=y
# CONFIG_X86_SPEEDSTEP_CENTRINO_ACPI is not set
CONFIG_X86_SPEEDSTEP_CENTRINO_TABLE=y
CONFIG_X86_SPEEDSTEP_ICH=y
CONFIG_X86_SPEEDSTEP_SMI=y
CONFIG_X86_SPEEDSTEP_LIB=y
# CONFIG_X86_SPEEDSTEP_RELAXED_CAP_CHECK is not set
CONFIG_USB_SPEEDTOUCH=m
CONFIG_USB_GADGET_DUALSPEED=y
atto:/home/eric[0]#

So I think cpu-freq should work fine. What am I doing wrong ?

Thanks.
