[ltp] Ati 8.26.18 released on Jun-26-2006

I assume you did a --listpkg, then did a --buildpkg <pkgname>?

I haven't tried it w/ Debian, but with ubuntu this approach works fine 
assuming you have the required stuff installed beforehand. 

This page: http://wiki.cchtml.com/index.php/Ubuntu lists the 
apt-get'able packages you need for ubuntu.  I am not sure if this holds 
true for debian, but worth a shot.

Bad substitution error I think can be caused for a few reasons, but 
possibly poorly written scripts from ati :(

In gentoo I used the ebuild and it works pretty good.  By far the most 
complete ati-linux installation is SuSE/RHEL...
