It's useless : push F12 when booting you can choose which hard drive
you prefer for boot.

And My advice is put your linux hard drive in the ultrabay because
when I tried long time ago Debian in main bay and Windows XP in the
ultrabay : blue screen came very quickly after the windows boot. If I
unplugged the linux disk and only use the Windows XP in the ultrabay
it was ok, but 2 hard drives in the same time and Windows on the
second one : don't work very well. So you have two ways :

- Unplugged the linux drive and use Windows disk in the ultrabay
- Use windows disk in the main bay and linux in the ultrabay

But don't neet to configure grub or lilo just push F12 very quickly
after start the laptop.
