"No signal on the external monitor when using Xinerama"

  https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3D6165

Some others, that look similar, but, I think, are different bugs:

"No signal on the external monitor when using Xinerama", however this
one is about using the DVI output in addition to the internal panel,
which seems to be not supported by the driver.

  https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3D5571

"No output on secondary screen when using Xinerama" -- but this was with X
6.8, not 6.9!

  https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3D5178

"Bad display on second head when using Xinerama" -- slightly different
bug, but a comment mentions the same (blank picture with Xinerama;
MergedFB works OK) problem

  https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3D5447

This might be unrelated, but it sounds somewhat familiar: "second screen
is initially DPMS off" (both in Xinerama and in MergedFB modes). Also
x.org versions seem to be old ones, while I was looking for a regression
in 6.9/7.0:
