I think this is backwards.  In the 2.6.12 source, at least, eepro100's la=
st
revision entry in the history is in 2000, while e100's got entries for 20=
05. =

Also, my A22p running kernel 2.6.10 will not work with eepro100, and it w=
orks
just fine with e100.

Yeah, that too.  One more thing to check is the cabling.  If your cabling=

marginal, signal quality can go way down for all kinds of random reasons,=
 like
people stepping on the cable or something.
