[ltp] T43: Lagged mouse + keys in games

I also had that symptom when I used gentoo 2005.0 (but not with windows), but 
after installing kubuntu 5.10 + kde 3.5.1, fglrx 8.22.x, this problem has 
disappeared (T41p).

Of course, I do not know which update is solution.
