How big do you want?  I've had a 40GB drive in one with no problem
(running Fedora).

No idea, sorry.  (In the US, I bought one from Crucial a while back.)

Even with the 96 meg total, don't expect stellar performance from an
environment like Gnome or KDE.  I use my 380XD (with 96 megs) to run a
web camera.
