well, why don't you buy a replacement-keyboard in Italian?

I would not recommend to remove and replace stickers on the keyboard. I
guess it's a nasty work, the result isn't satisfying and the quality
poor, i.e. the stickers will be rubbed off pretty soon. Just my opinion.
