[ltp] X60s and external display

Hello,

Has anyone managed to get an external display to work? I tried to enable
it with "echo crt_enable > /proc/acpi/ibm/video" but it doesn't work.
The only working solution is to press F7 during/before boot but then I
only have the external display and lcd is disabled.
It's the intel 945 chipset.
