[ltp] Xinerama and TP R40e

Hello ThinkPad Users,

It is possible to use Xinerama on ThinkPad R40e? I was trying to run
Xorg on my internal LCD and external monitor but without any success. I
know that hardware can use both head to extend desktop (I tried under
windows with success) but I don't know if Xorg can use this feature. 

My configuration: Debian/testing, xserver-xorg 6.8.2.dfsg.1-7 (I'm
keeping this version of xserver because on newer version I can't use
clone mode external video output).
