Buy from (qualityrams@yahoo.com). I have had good recent success with them for my T21, and they guarantee the memory will work in your Thinkpad.  Turns out memory for Thinkpad's is pretty fussy and it took them two times but they made good on their promise.  The cost was in-line with competitive ebay vendors.  They were also very prompt in delivery.
