Right... Today the new Z61m's have been put up on IBM's website... I'm=20
currently looking at either the Z61m - UA0HAUK (T7200, 1GB, 1680x1050 LCD,=
=20
X1400 graphics) or the Z61m - UA3KSUK (T7200, 1 or 2 GB, 1920x1200LCD v5200=
=20
graphics).

The main difference being memory (At least maybe the memory... IBM's UK=20
website is abit pants when it comes to getting information correct... Sigh)=
=20
and the LCD/Graphics card.

Now I know I"m pissing in the wind for Open Source xorg drivers. And I'll=20
probably be annoyed again when I find fglrx probably doesn't survive sleep=
=20
still, but has anyone seen the screens side by side? Is the 1920x1200 worth=
=20
the extra dosh over the 1680x1050, and how much quicker is the v5200 vs the=
=20
x1400 graphics? (This is the first I've ever hard of the v5200 graphics).=20
(Although with 256MB is might just be what firefox requires since it sems t=
o=20
want to hog > 100MB of pixmap in xorg according to xrestop).

(Although I still have to get a price for the 1920x1200 model, the 1680x105=
0=20
is only a bit over a grand from dabs).

TIA
  Hamish.
