I will set up a git tree with some branches, and we *will* have an
"cutting-edge" branch where we can have the newest (and non-polished) work
to play with.

Please work against latest 2.6.19-rc.  The driver works fine on 2.6.18, you
can just get the .c and documentation file from latest 2.6.19-rc and copy
over the ones from 2.6.18.2.
