Hmm... try this:

* Do you see any ACPI events generated for Fn+F5?
* Do you see any actions (/etc/acpi/actions on my distro, maybe
   different for you) attached to that particular ACPI event?
* How about echoing 0 into rf_kill
   (<http://ipw3945.sourceforge.net/README.ipw3945>)?
