[ltp] t41 does not suspend - fc6 plus updates ??

All,

The system is fc6 with updates applied. Before the updates were applied 
the system suspended. After the updates the system does not suspend. The 
kernel is a custom kernel (supports freq stepping, Zaurus, etc.)

I have looked and loaded modules and have compared the Fedora config 
with the custom config. They are both 2.6.18.1 so should be very similar.

Does anyone have a list of the t41 suspend config dependencies?
