That sounds amazing, I never got fewer than about 1W on my Thinkpad
X31. (except for windows...) Do you have ati-graphics? 
Anybody else achieved so few power consumption on his X31 in
suspend-to-ram? 255mW would make suspend-to-disk really obsolete.
