I have one for Radeon 7500 on my T42: http://mg.pov.lt/xorg.conf

It's more complicated than necessary, because it contains four different
server layouts (regular, 2 merged fb ones, and one xinerama).  I use
only MergedFB2Layout nowadays for a 1024x768 + 1280x1024 dual-head
desktop (switchable to 1024x768 clone mode at runtime with xrandr,
without any need to restart the X server).
