[ltp] Problem with hot graphic card

I have ThinkPad R51e with ATI XPress 200M. Temperature in room temperature
could reach 70 *C. When I turn it clock down to 30 MHz it is about 57 *C -
62 *C (work however is OK but not DVD in not fullscreen mode). Processor is
cooler:
% cat /proc/acpi/ibm/thermal
temperatures:   52 39 35 58 34 -128 28 -128

What should I do?

PS.
I do not want to install property driver.
