How do you imagine that? If use the same range it should interfere. If
spreads on spectrum - that is wide band interference. So thanks for
technical humor.

Reality is simple. All that kind of gear has receiver and transmitter.
If use the same spectrum they will more like to interfere each other.
The reason is low quality receivers due to cost save from manufacturer.
As more close are two sets of radio receiver and transmitter /what ever
it is/ more like to have problems. So check specs first!
