[ltp] WiFi, AC Adapter

Hello,
I've got problem with wifi card. The problem is that my wifi card is
turned off (it is turned off with Fn+F5 key) but WiFi LED is always
on. Is it normall? (I've got T40p)

Second thing is my AC Adapter. I've got FRU 08K8205 adapter and cabel
that is connected to  electrical socket is cracked. Can I bought a
normal cabel in shop with electrical things or it must be a cabel from
lenovo?
