[ltp] what to use to save battery

Since I don't use bluetooth, but do occasionally  us fingerprint reader, 
may I ask how can I disable fingerprint reader when I'm on battery, 
(unloading some usb modules?) but re-enable it when I'm on AC? Which 
modules shall I unload to disable all usb and re-enable it later?
