[ltp] oops on usb-unmount

Somewhat different occasional error messages (about one time in ten)
after dismounting USB drive:

However, this doesn't seem to cause any problems or result in lost data.
I think it's because of an attempted flush-from/to-buffers *after*
the dismount. Error in USB drivers?
