Yes, the ifdefs are in place. This way it should be possible to use
ibm-acpi and acpiphp at the same time.

My other point was to remove the feature once all docking stuff from
imb-acpi dock is supported by acpiphp. Of course this will take some
time, acpiphp needs testing and tweaking, but it should be on the TODO
list.
