[ltp] Vendor Diagnostics Partition---Can I wipe it out?

I did the same with my T60. Created the recovery
discs, then deleted the extra partition, left XP, then
put Feisty x86 on the rest. Worked great until ATI
broke suspend AGAIN in their crappy drivers. But
that's another issue. The rescue partition doesn't
offer much that a decent linux rescue cd can't do.
