[ltp] radeonhd or xf86-video-ati (atombios-support branch)

I have a T60p with a radeon v5300 (r530 based).

Looks like there's some suppor in both radeonhd and
the xf86-video-ati driver.

Stuff I care about:

1) clear, 1600x1200 display
2) reliable suspend and resume
3) 2d speed
4) open 

I don't really care about 3D at all.

I'm currently using fglrx without its kernel module which does not
satisfy 2 or 4.

I could just try them out, but maybe somebody can save me some time.
