ehci_hcd will only service USB2.0 devices.

It keeps doing bus-master activity, and that pesters the CPU into C1 (or C2,
I forget).

Now, I don't know if it should pester the CPU *so* *much* as to not allow it
to ever leave C1.  If it did, no ThinkPad with uhci loaded and internal USB
devices would ever work right.

I think there IS indeed a bug that Michael just worked around, and it might
very well be some crap in the new ACPI DSDTs from Lenovo, or in the Linux
kernel.
